1) Which payment methods do you accept?
We do accept all the major Credit Cards, Paypal, Revolut, Bank Transfer, Crypto Currencies (i.e. Bitcoin, Ripple, Litecoin, Monero etc..) or Cash on Collection (only available if you are collecting in person) and Postal Orders. Be aware that some payments method take longer to transfer so your order may not be processed immediately. But we do our best to do asap. If you payment method isn't listed at check out, just select bank transfer and we will get in touch for alternative methods. Any issue or question on this just get in

2) Can I collect the order?
If you live locally you can collect yourself from our Dublin 15 depot. Bear in mind that you will need to book the collection. Please select pick up in your order and we will get in contact. You can collect also out of business hours so just get in touch. Just select - collection - at check out and we will get in touch.

3) How much the Delivery costs?
Please also check the question n. 2) but if you are not in Dublin area you will need a courier service. Our shipping rate is flat at 8.99 euro however it will be free for any 199 euro or above orders.
The most of the products can be delivered anywhere in Ireland and the World but the bulky ones are restricted to the Republic of Ireland. We reserve the right to refund your order you in case we are not able to dispatch or to guarantee a fast shipping. Any issue or question on this just get in

4) How do I get FREE shipping?
Very simply, if you reach 199 euro of products, you will qualify for free shipping. Some bundle products, includes in the price the shipping, so it will be free too even if lower then 199 euro. Check the specific product's description. Any issue or question on this just get in

5) How long it takes to receive my order?
All our product are dispatched using the a tracked delivery service (Anpost Express Courier but sometimes we may use other providers depending on the availability / products) and in the most of the case you will get the parcel within 2/3 working days, however due to the increased volume of online orders most of the couriers , including the Express Service from Anpost, they are experiencing delays. So if you need your product by a certain date get in touch and we will be able to tell you if possible.
Also remember that if you are ordering from Dublin area we may be able to deliver ourselves for a small fee, if you need the products asap. Any issue or question on this just get in

6) What's your refund policy?
Any product you purchase from us is covered by 60 days no explanation return. We only ask that the product is sent back to us in the same conditions you have received. Some specific products (like cardboard boxes) can be returned for a 30% refund if used (we have a scheme to buy back used cardboard boxes when you finish with them).
The above 60 days return term doesn't affect the warranty of 12 months on all our products if applies, in line with the Irish Consumer Protection regulation / EU directive.

7) I got the wrong item, what can I do?
First of all get in
contact with us
as soon as possible, and we will take care of it. Do not worry, we will sort the problem out. Just send the order number, name and contact. And what's the mistake is.Doesn't matter if you did buy the wrong item by mistake, or the mistake was from our side. There is a prompt solution anyway :-)
8) Do i need to have an account to order?
Not at all, you can order through 123packit as a guest. So you don't need to have an account. Any issue or question on this just get in

9) Where is my order?
For every step of your order processing you should have received an email update. (i.e. tracking number with tracking link etc..). But if you still require any further info just get in

10) When I place an order will I receive promotional emails?
NO, your details are only used to send you the order you placed. After that we will NEVER send you any promotional / offer / Newsletter. You will only receive updates on your present order or updates on your account (like discount points accumulated).
11) How do I check my tracking number?
You can use the official Anpost website at
www.anpos.ie
and type the tracking number provided by 123Packit, or just use our
online tracking
12) Whatsapp Quick Order?
You can order directly using WhatsApp - just send a message with the product info, quantity etc... and the delivery address, we will send you a payment link and shortly after a tracking number for your parcel. You can use either 0874109732 or 0894466362. Once you get the tracking number you can use the official An post website at
www.anpos.ie
and type the tracking number provided by 123Packit, or just use our
online tracking
